We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant for Kolgrill Kalmar. We are now seeking an engaged, responsible, and service-oriented employee who wants to become part of our team and contribute to a pleasant work environment while providing our guests with a great experience.

In the role of Restaurant Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks such as preparing ingredients, simple cooking and grilling, serving, cash handling, and ensuring good hygiene and order in both the kitchen and the serving area. The work is often fast-paced, requiring you to be stress-resistant, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is detail-oriented and has a strong work ethic. You need to be responsible, punctual, and have a good sense for service. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage but not a requirement, as we value the right attitude and willingness to learn highly.
